Returns.
Custom pieces are final sale. Each ring is designed and made for one person, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. Your deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.
Pre-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in their original packaging. Email hello@minhe.la to start a return. We send you an insured FedEx return label, or you may ship with a carrier of your choice. If you use your own carrier, insure the package for its full value: it is your responsibility until it reaches us. Items sent back without a return request are not accepted. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of the piece reaching us. If you used our label, its cost is deducted from the refund. Loose stones, sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Resizing
One complimentary resize within the first year of delivery. Send it with our insured label, or with your own carrier insured for the full value. You cover the shipping to us; we cover the insured shipping back. Some designs, such as full eternity bands and some engraved bands, cannot be resized; your design assistant tells you this before you order.
Warranty
Our craftsmanship is guaranteed for the life of the piece: prongs, settings, shanks and solder joints. We repair or remake at no charge any failure that comes from how the piece was made. Not covered: damage from impact, a centre stone lost to a knock, normal wear, and any work done by another jeweler. Repairs outside the warranty are quoted before we start. Warranty pieces travel the same way: our insured label or your own insured carrier to us, FedEx insured with tracking back to you.
